Sleeping Like a Child

Sleep is a real blessing because lack of sleep is the root cause of many of the medical problems that affect people nowadays. In the fast paced world of today even twenty four hours a day is not enough for some people. They sit like ghosts in front of their PCs and laptops chasing wild dreams. The health issues that crop up may not be instantly seen but they will definitely catch them sooner or later. I have seen people saying that they don't feel like sleeping more than four hours a day adding that they feel quite refreshed throughout the day in spite of their limited hours of sleep during night. There are also people who fall asleep instantly while traveling on train or bus. They literally sleep like children. I for one cannot sleep a wink in public places. I wonder what makes these people sleep anywhere anytime.

I am one of those people who sleeps on public transport specially when I come home from night shift. But then you must understand it is a night shift and my body's too tired to care. I do think this is dangerous as I might get robbed while I'm sleeping and all.
I really need to rest.

Taking a nap after long hours of work is quite natural especially while coming back home after night shift. Having a nap on public transport is indeed risky. It should really feel heavenly sleeping while traveling. How nice it would be if your sleep were trouble free!

I understand that, sometimes I get so tired. I go to sleep and remember nothing. Im a good one who can sleep like a baby.
