We are down to day two for the new year now, and the parties and holidays are over with for another six weeks.
What I have planned for the New Year is to save money, pay off debt and get into our own house or apartment. I've been chipping at it slowly, one pebble at a time and I do hope to make it a reality this year. I am hoping me and the kids can move out by June.
I have a car well, it's a van. I think I might want to trade it for a smaller car to help save on gas. I want a vehicle that locks all the way around. There are some things that should just be left private and locked up for no one else to see.
So, these are the things I am working towards this year.

Apart from seeing in the new year at midnight, I don't really celebrate the new year, I never go out and certainly don't party. I am hoping 2013 is going to be lucky for me mainly because of the '13. I don't even make resolutions any more, why wait till January 1st to make a change? Why not do it today? Here's hoping you have a great 2013!

ungu,
New year is no big deal for me either, as long as I can get through everyday obstacles, everyday is a new year day for me.

There are two different things that I really want for this year. The first thing that I hope that our entire family will be able to enjoy this year is good health. Last year was a lot better than the year before that, but this year could definitely be a lot better than last year was.
The other main thing that I am hoping for this year is that our family will be able to enjoy a better financial situation than we've been in through the last several years.

Thanks for sharing this in details
Time passes so fast, the rest 363 days will fly so fast too.
For a happy person time flies fast, for a sad person it might be slow LOL.

Why you miss celebrate new year? It's very interesting. You should arrange your time to join a new year celebration. You'll like it. You can make some easy goals which you can do. The goals come true will give your more happy and motivation to effort.

When I was in New Year's Eve, I was only watching TV for countdown 2013 and fireworks. We do not like fireworks because of toxic and hands can be bloody anytime. I nver even shout and myself keep calm when doing countdown. We only eat Media Noche just a simple. Then, I lept after watching TV.

I want this year to be very successful for me.
I now during these 364 days to earn money and be able to pay off their loans.
but mostly to be alive and well to do that.
I think everyone should have a plan and do what he loves best and wants the price of everything to achieve it.
nice day!
I hope this year have your car!

I did not celebrate the new year either. I was home with my husband and kids. My husband was sleeping and I was on MyLot. That's it...
I have never really celebrated the new year in years past either but this had to be the worst one, I just felt alone because my husband was sleeping so early...
This year, I want to get a part time job and I want to save for a vacation for my husband and I for our wedding anniversary, this year will be 8 years married! =)

We seldom celebrate it as well. I don't see the need of it. We did stay inside although we kept an eye on our trash cans, animals and car.
This morning I woke up early but went back to bed (since we slept less). A friend called to tell me if I heard the news the schools burned down (firework), so later we went over to have a look (yes it was true).
We did made a list what to do this year (a new car is one of them as well). I hope this way we will go for our goals easier (and keep reading the list I taped on the door).
If you ask me straight away I don't know what to want, if you give me some more time (minutes) to think about I would say: I want me, a healthy, happy me and freedom.

I have never spend new year like that. Maybe because my parents are obliging us to really go home and spend it with them. I just wish that I will be scammed in any investment that I'm going to make and for my parents to have a longer life and good health. Happy New Year!

On the contrary,it's the first time that I have celebrated the new year 2013.There was a New Year Party in my campus! And I went to see it on myself. The party contained all kinds of programs which interested all the audience. The peformance was really good, thus the scene was filled with laugh and entertainment except the weather was so cold that I almost frozed! The only thing that warmed my heart was the dancing part in which many beautiful girls appeared on the stage. It's really a nice night, wasn't it?
As for the plan of 2013,it's very nessisary. For me,it will be reading a certain amount of books, master the subjects of my study and so on.I think anything that will do be helpful to my future is ok.
