What make you mark someone response as best response?

Aka, you should mark best response if it has my name on it.

Hmmmmmmm.... Are you sure you don't give the BR to your best friend? Hehehe just joking. Same here I am giving the BR to the one who kept and maintain the discussion to elaborate and explain further of what her/his views are. In that manner more readers who are mylot users will be able to learn more.

I would award a best response if the persons post really stir my feelings. I mean when I am reading it. Still there are many good posts to a discussion, so we cannot be accurately correct. Just choose a comfortable response.

I usually choose the response that inspires the most comments, even if another response 'answers the question' better.

For me to pick a best response to the topics i have created my guidelines are.. My topic should be ended. What i mean is when they stopped replying to my topic that is the time i will pick the best response because how if i picked it early and the next one was better? Btw my point in picking best response is when the response is extending my view about the topic and when the response really get me to believe it and when others believe too..

For me, im marking someone as best response, is when i saw their answer that has sense and more closer to the real answer for your question, and some iput them as best answer specially when he or she really helps me alot, or not by only myself but also to those people who also got helped by his or her post,

For me when it comes to choosing the best response to a discussion I often end up choosing the ones that fits what I might be looking for. It does not a.ways have to be someone here even on my friends list. I find it interesting seeing what others are interested in talking about here and always love being able to respond back as well.
