No, it's not legal. If you don't credit the original author, it's plagiarism. If you do credit the original author but don't have permission to post the article (which you undoubtably do not) then it's copyright infringement because you're distributing it without permission.
Even if you did have permission to use it, it'd be kind of lazy. You wouldn't attract many readers with rehashed content from other places.

I have a doubt ''plagiarism'' what's that.I don't know how to improve my english so i'm trying to copy an article of others.can i copy and modify other's.

Plagiarism is copying someone else's written work and claiming it as your own. You would need to heavily modify something until it bears no resemblance to the original in order for it not to be plagiarism.

Thanks a ton for ''plagiarism'' i was unknown about the meaning.
Only option for me is to modify heavily others content.

If you copy the work of others and pass it off as your own then you are guilty of a criminal offense - plagiarism.

Although this is not really good to copy sources from other articles over the internet from your blog, but if you cite it as your reference then it’s oka’y and if you revised the content and acknowledge the author as well, it is oka’y.
But, if you merely copy and paste all the content itself and without even acknowledging the author, then it is really illegal and you might be sued for plagiarism over stealing someone’s intellectual property.

Good day Sir.I agree it's illegal to copy the whole contents of other people.I also heard that copying and giving credit to the author is also illegal.
Anyways i'll write my blog in my own idea even if my writings are not grammatic.
