Like if you have heart...

Have you encountered FB pages that post a picture of someone who is in a very bad state, most often they post babies with very bad illness, and saying "like if you have heart..."? Well, I always feel sad for their current state but I feel bad for the one who post it. And also it feels awkward liking the post while knowing that the person in the picture is in a very bad state. Instead of posting it to seek help, I think they post it for likes, what I mean is their post description has no information about where and how to help them. What's in the description is, about the condition of the person/child. It's bad to give pity to a person. Am I right? Do you feel the same way as I do?

A lot of those posts are scams, and I skip right over top of them.

Yes, I thought of that too. It's just too bad for using those poor pictures. I hope they will realize how it feels to see their pictures being used for getting likes. tsk2 :(

They don't care, they are out to scam people, and sometimes they use those people's names to scam them again, and again.

Yes I understand how you feel about those pictures. And I agree that they are posting those pictures not for sincerity, but because of the LIKES they want to earn. I dislike those kind of pages ASAP.

I'm glad that we share a common feelings about fb pages that do that things. I guess there are really people who are fond of getting likes. For me, it's okay to be like that we'll just understand them but to use those pictures for likes, that's way too rude.

I don't like sob-story pages in general.I especially don't like being asked to donate something.
