This morning i ate a bowl of cereal around 7:10 when i was finished getting ready for work and now its 10:11 and my stomach is grauling its hungry im like omg i cant keep feeding my self all the time its ridiculous. I wish i was more active and didnt sit at a desk at work all the time. Im not fat by any means but my stomach i feel is always grauling its hungry.
I dont feel like anything is wrong wtih my body but do you think that grauling after three hours is normal? I just dont think it is at all because some people dont eat breakfast and wait till around 1:00 to eat anything all day. I just dont understand why my stomach is grauling like this.

I'm guessing that's acid acting up in your stomach. You should go to your company clinic to get your self checked up. I'm not a doctor so you can't just count on what I say, or on what anybody says here for that matter. This is an online forum, anybody can claim that they're a doctor.
I've experienced something like that before. I was in college and was in a middle of a quiz. Suddenly my stomach started aching and I felt like something was gonna come out of my rear end. It's a good thing I know someone who lives near the school. I contacted him, borrowed his keys, and went straight to his place to do my business. Running with code brown is not very comfortable, believe me. I almost took a dump in my pants.

Well i know its not an upset stomach at all. I know the difference and how they feel and i know that when my stomach makes this noise that its because my stomach is hungry.
The company i work for only has maybe 7 employees there is no doctor and i dont have insurance since they dont offer it.

It happens to me more often lately. My shift starts at 530am so I usually ate my breakfast at around 330am. At around 6am or 7am, my stomach will begin to sound even though I can feel that I am still full. I usually felt hungry around 10am but I always here my stomach growling loudly lately.

Having your stomache grauling 3 hours after eating your breakfast which is cereal only is quite normal. Because cereal is quite easy to be digested and I don't think you took a lot of them that time. You should be happy that your digestive system is working just fine . Just eat whenever you feel hungry and if you're worried of gaining weight, then reduce the volume of food you take each time.

A bowl of cereal is carbs and if you ate a very light kind of cereal, then your body digested that bowl of cereal very quickly. Three hours is normal time between eating. Also, you can't compare yourself with others. I will bet that those people who say they don't eat breakfast will actually grab a donut or at least drink a cup of coffee with lots of sugar by mid-morning.
If you don't want to be hungry by 10 am, try eating protein as part of your breakfast. Add some nuts and seeds to your cereal, or have bacon and eggs. Or spread peanut butter on your toast. Anything to give you a more hardy breakfast. Perhaps, that will help you not to be hungry by mid-morning. Otherwise, eat a mid-morning healthy light snack and give yourself some energy.

I woke up super hungry today when I don't usually wake up that way. I think different days causes different things with our bodies... My stomach has been going crazy all morning but I don't want anything that is here to eat.
Some days I am super hungry all day and other days I am fine with just a little food...It all depends.
I don't think its anything to be concerned about, we all have extra hungry days sometimes!

Yes, this is a mystery. I used to find this happening to me especially when I had had a fairly substantial breakfast. Have you try porridge oats? These contain a lot of fibre (but not so much to cause other troubles!)which fills you better than lighter cereals etc. Having said that I think that the growling is sometimes triggered by too much being in the tummy, so it may be worth experimenting with the amount you eat.
