Reducing Fat

Today I have read an article in Readersdigest January 2013 volume on reducing fat cells from our daily food habits. I am furnishing few lines for sharing with mylotters.
"The medical experts on the hit syndicated US show The Doctors reveal some simple, sneaky ways to help shrink stubborn fat stores.
Sip tea before you eat. A hot cup 20 minutes before a meal may help you consume fewer calaroies. Even better, a German study found that Chinese white tea reduces growth of new fat cells and breaks down fat in existing cells.
Sniff grapefruit. The scent of grapefruit may temporarily raise metabolism and reduce appetite. Try keeping essential oil in your kitchen or at your desk.
Eat eggs for breakfast. In one study, people who had two eggs for breakfast lost 65 percent more weight than those who ate an equalcalorie bagel. Also people who eat protein-and fibre-rich breakfasts have lower levels of hunder hormones later on."

wow that's really easy to follow and also affordable. Hope this works for many who try to maintain their weight .

Thanks a ton for sharing this discussion. Well i think these are easy and inexpensive ways of reducing fat and i am sure they will work wonders for those who will use them. tea is a good way of reducing weight but it has to be used in a proper way to prevent it from becoming an addiction. Besides having protein and fiber rich breakfast is also a good way to reduce weight.
