Start Eating Right

As the year 2013 starts, I want to be conscious with the foods I eat. I am worried because I can see that a lot of people get sick right there and then and wasting money for hospitalization just because of not eating the right food. I guess it is one of the main reason. We should choose the best food for our body. Let us be mindful always.
I promise to myself that eating right will be my goal and I will continue it for the rest of the years to come. I want to be a role model to others and encourage them to also eat healthy along with having exercise.

I always keep an eye on what I eat, because as the saying goes, “you are what you eat” if you consume foods that are essentially rich in vitamins and minerals, then there is a good possibility that you are generating healthy food intake, resulting to good effects on your body.
Somehow, avoiding saturated fatty foods, helps in shaping your body, also helps you in terms of high-cholesterol levels, and other ailments as well.
Lastly, with the help of exercise, it will somehow help you in toning your figure.

Hello to the three of you! First of all, thanks for taking time responding in this discussion of mine. I hope we just don't say it but instead we need to do it heartily. It is for our own benefit if we follow simple things like this. Let's make this year 2013 different and it has to start from ourselves.

When I am going to school, I always have with me a tumblr of water. I don't want to spend money just to buy expensive mineral water in school so I have to bring my own at least I can save. Yes, water is essential. It helps digestion, flow of blood and for us to keep hydrate.

I never ever thought about eating right here.. till feb. when t 33 years old I had a heart attack. Now I eat lots of fruits and veggies and feel great.

Even children already experience heart attacks due to what they are eating. Eating too much foods that has fatty contents and other harmful effect in the future should be avoided. Happy birthday in advance to you my friend. We can still prevent something bad to happened. We just have to be disciplined.
