I do! I'm not saying everything as in from the beginning of time. But as I have experience from day one that I learn how to use the internet I am positively sure that I learned a lot from it. Whether it's free or with a price. I really believe that the internet is a very reliable source of knowledge on all categories of life. I consider the world wide web a great and fun teacher. Plus, I understand things better on the internet than on the classroom. hahahah. I just search for whatever I want to know about on google or yahoo and I will get my answer right away. That's why I think that internet is a very important factor when it comes to learning and education.

I don't know about everything because that's an awful lot of information to be talking about. However with the internet and really all the latest technology I think that you could definitely learn almost anything online. My daughter even looked up how to speak Gaelic online. It's a very good source of information as long as the information can be verified. They have that issue with Wikipedia because people can go in and correct information on a page.

In terms of knowledge most definitely, I am currently teaching myself Japanese with great success, but in terms of physical skills there is no real way the internet can teach such skills. To take my personal Japanese lessons as an example I can learn what the characters look like but I will never truly be able to write Japanese without physically practicing writing them.

Yes, you can learn almost everything as long as your internet access is not block by the government great firewall, there are a sea of information including useful and useless information easily available for every online user. The whole purpose of internet creation by the inventor is to allow free flow of information to and from everyone around the globe with the assumption there is no censorship from the powerful government of the day. Internet no doubt is a great learning tool for students and children if use appropriately and wisely. It can also become a tool for acquiring harmful information to create trouble and poison the mind of the young.

I learn a lot from the internet. It is awesome to be able to just type something in and be able to find answer to it. In the past people would have to go through a lot of books, material or talk to different people. Now there is an abundance of material at our fingertips.

Yeah I agree with you. It's amazing the amount of information we can learn just from using our computer. That's why I don't mind my internet bill because I really do get a lot out of it. I prefer to pay that bill than to put minutes on my phone. Some of our older family members don't understand that but it's because they don't know all of the benefits that I get from using my computer. From planning meals, activities with my daughter, ordering books and movies from the library, and earning money on top of all that. I don't even have to leave my home and I gain a lot of information.

The internet has a diverse content of knowledge input on different internet platform, one can learn almost anything on the internet if he/she is persistent to search for some educational and knowledge based materials.
Since the Internet has so many knowledge based information dissemination, one can learn through it’s various programs and platforms.
This could include, reading out educational articles, e-books, documented pdf files, personal blogs and reviews on certain products/services/and learning subjects, video tutorials, and many other medium of education.

It is true we can learn any thing from internet we want. There is no restriction to know about anything here. Everyone from a child to aged ones can join any class he wishes. We have not to leave our favourite game or have not to wake up in the cold winter to learn anything.

I do strongly agree to your point. Any information if we search the search engines will provide infront of you. Therefore we can study, learn and understand things at our own interests. Not only that most of the sources are reliable and will be helpful in one or other way. Even though some times we get some falls results but oon we can correct it if we explore more. And also there is no time restriction also that most important thing that I liked here. We can learn things when we feel we are free and it's time to learn something.

I really like the last part of your response when you said "We can learn things when we feel we are free". Freedom is really important when it comes to learning. Because if you feel you are restricted or if you have limited time, the pressure of learning something might just lead to a confused mind that can't understand anything.

I don't, we cant learn good handwriting, cycling, swimming etc without real experience, and I learned everything before coming to the world of the internet.
Internet is a very reliable source of knowledge and I believe that firmly, still physical experience is required for most of the tasks.

The internet is indeed one of the greatest sources of information out there. Added with millions of expert opinions and facts. The internet is a very important factor in learning for our generation. It all becomes watered down with the opinions of the ignorant. But once you're able to weed those out. It is marvelous.
