No Idea What Happened!!!

I told myself that I was not...NOT going to do that, but I did anyway.
New Year's Eve was fine until a certain someone (albeit myself) had too many Christmas Cookies (cinnamon whiskey, Christmas Ale, Tequila) Next thing I remember I wake up in my boyfriend's bed and a humongous headache. I asked what the hell happened hours before and he just gave me this 'wow-babe-you-really-had-a-good-time-but-drank-too-much-that-you-barfed-on-yourself-and-I-cleaned-you-up' look on his face.
What's more embarrassing is that I have no memory of this...worse when you are still trying to piece together the exact moments of when was too much way too much. He insists that it happens & no one at the party's upset with me. I don't know how to move on from this. It is so embarrassing its not funny, man.

I reckon most of us have done that at least once. And if not, they're either fibbing or have had no fun ;)
Consider yourself lucky it was your own boyfriend's bed you woke up in .....
As for the embarrassment, are you absolutely sure he's not embellishing the truth a little for fun?

I'm positive, Green. He wouldn't do something that callous. Yes, I'm very grateful I woke in his bed and no one else's...

Embarrassing indeed, Mis. I just wanted to disappear when I woke up the next day! I didn't even see the ball drop! LOL. (My fault, man!)

Are there photos? Did you check your Facebook account? Is there any proof? If not, play it off as something he made up. Now, if there are pictures then you've got to do some serious recon, I mean serious. You've got to make mends with anybody you offended, play nice until they bring it up then apologize like a crying schoolgirl who got caught with her daddy's cigs. Good luck!

Hey Git,
I just checked my FB and it's clean. From what I've been told, I wasn't violent when I was drunk. After my boyfriend and his friends threw me in the shower and changed my clothes, he said I had this draining embarrassing look on my face and I didn't utter a word. The next time I go around them (it won't be for a while, dude) I won't mention it until they do and yes, I'm going to be apologizing until I'm blue in the face!!

I have blacked out more times than I care to admit. It DOES happen...and it doesn't make you bad. I never liked the idea of not knowing what happened because it makes me nauseous. I always think I did something wrong even when everyone insists I didn't. It'll pass though.

Years ago I remember having a New Years eve where I could not remember anything that happened after 9 pm..my friends told me I didn't do anything out of the ordinary but I was soooo freaked out that one could walk and talk and then not remember anything..I never let that happen again...
