How could someone do this?

Those people have mental problem, and they would venting out their anger on animals. That is sad, they never respect life at any time. I just hope the authority in Toronto will find this lady, and give the justice she deserved. And also, never put those animals in the hand of those maniac. They are life too, and they shouldn't be treated that way.

Wow, that is sad that this lady did this to that poor dog. Hung it. That is just horrible. I do hope that they find this lady and she gets punished for what she has done. Poor animal and I hope that she doesn't have any other animals in her possession.

I hope the police will find and punish her. I can't think at a correct punishment for her. Maybe she should be hanged by a leash like she killed the poor dog! That's so sad when you give a dog to a person that seem to be a dog lover, than you find out it was a big mistake.

Well based on what I saw, that person is probably insane! That person should be punished! :)

thank you for bringing to our attention. i dont have the words to say how distubing this is, and how upsitting this makes me feel. i hope that is women gets what she disverse. i wish that the animal laws where much more stricked and people spend alot more time in jail when hurting animals. i hope she getting everthing back 10 fold.

Hi Ricki that is one sick in the head woman and even her face look cruel. I hope she is sent to prisons and stays there for a long, long time. How indeed can anyone be so hateful to a loving dog like t hat. This is just too too cruel.

Intentionally or not is unclear???? That woman is as guilty as sin! This is one thing I worry about when animals get adopted out. Just like kids, you just never know who these people are and what they are capable of. Just sick. I hope she is found and put away for good, but that probably won't happen. How ironic she poses as a rescuer and has done acts of cruelty like almost this before in her own facility.
