I have been trying to get healthy and stay in shape because high blood pressure runs in my family, and I don't want anything to keep me from being healthy. I my average weight for my height and I just want to know what is the best way to stay fit without eating less or just salad and green foods?

Drink 2 glasses of water when you wake up and 5 minutes before you eat also eat 2 ripe banana every day it makes you full, and mostly don't eat too much carbohydrates before you sleep as it will turns into fat this eating before sleep gains weight.I don't diet but that is my habit why I am still in a good shape.

Those are some really good tips, I'll have to try that ..... except for bananas, I just do not like that flavor.

As much as you may want to avoid those salads and green foods my dear, I'm afraid you are what you eat. There are so many advantages to becoming a person who eats more vegan style than a carnivore.
I do eat meat, but I have seen many results from cutting back on it. I have some great info that might be of interest to you on this subject. There are ways to combine your foods to get the best possible results. You don't have to give up meat entirely to stay healthy. Maybe don't eat it everyday. Baby steps. Make sure the water you drink is pH balanced. Alkaline in nature. You can do this simply by adding lemons to your water. With the peel on. If you want to know more inbox me. I have a site that will be useful to you.

LOL. Okay, who can't get into eating chicken? If I could stop frying mine, I'd be in business. Chicken and steak are my favorites. Well to be honest I love meat, but Diabetes and all the others run in the family because of our diet. My Dad transformed earlier than he should have because of this and well let's just say I have kids to raise and I simply cannot go anywhere because of my refusal to man the ole diet.
I'm a fish lover, but according some of my research most meat is acidic in nature and should not be consumed much. But as are most things we eat. It's just how you do it I suppose. I think anything in excess is bad for you and that can be too much T.V. Well I don't watch it, but when I use to, I noticed that it just wasn't good.
But anyway, there's a site that I learned how to couple my food together. You should check it out when you have a chance. I will inbox it to you when I get a moment. I'm on the grind just like you so you already know how that goes.
