Do you still write any love letter? When was the last time? Even now a days, I prefer to wrote a love letter to my boyfriend. A short message saying how I thank him for coming into my life. I find it sweet than text him and sending him a love quotes.

I've written love letters before. I have written letters that have never been answered or acknowledged. I guess he didn't feel the same way as I did. It's okay though, I am really concentrating on other things in my life now.
I think texting someone you are thinking of and telling them thank you for coming into your life is one of the sweetest texts I have heard. That's beautiful. Your boyfriend is very lucky to have someone like you that appreciates him so much.
These are the sweet texts you get, you look at it and it just brings a smile to your face.

I hope he think that way too.. Sometimes I don't see into his face his appreciation but its OK..maybe he just don't like to show it...but deep inside he actually do.

I never ever did that. My ex husband wrote me 2-3 in the time we were together. I wrote one to a guy along time ago. I sure loved getting them from my ex husband.

A short message is called: a note. A love letter is something completely different. I doubt people still do that or write love poems. I don't think most people are that caring and attentive anymore. Hardly nobody is using the mailman anymore, it's all internet. Short notes (and texting/sms) I write plenty, even put them in the lunchbox.

I sometimes do this on special occassions. I wrote my husband a love letter mostly on anniverssaries, and he's falling inlove deeper..hahaha. Then I wrote my sister a letter and she told me she was crying while reading it, she even asked if she can post it in fb and I said yes, then everyone were touched and her boss cried too .

Why not try to write some for her. She might appreciate it most and kiss you in return. Its more sweeter to write than to send sms.

The art of writing a letter is lost and that's a sad fact. I am a writer so I often construct love letters to my partner to explain adequately just how much I adore them. I think it's much more intimate than a text and it showcases a personal touch and a lot more effort. Mobiles are so impersonal. A love letter is a beautiful display of affection many don't utilize--but they should!

I agree .. But because of technology, we often forget the beauty of writing.

Hey I can't remember I think last Love letter (not as such) but a small note before getting married, that too after our engagement. Our is arranged marriage and to tell you frankly our love started only after our arrangement and got fixed when we get married, which still going on strongly.

Well, I must say that it is not my case. I have never written, nor even received love letters.
I have no intention of falling in love, I want to stay single forever.
I think I will always live with my parents, and one day alone. I do not want any love affair in my life!
However having said that, I think that to receive love letters, is a wonderful thing.
Excuse me if my comment you might find it a bit rude.

I don't write love letter now, but i did when i was in the university, I sent a text message (not a letter) to a boy, and stayed up the whole night to wait for the response. He didn't reply me, and I knew the result. Oh, it is still a sad memory for me.
