Just asking. Is there any a job training on Odesk for those people that are not professional and who does not have any work experience? I mean zero experience like me who does not know what to do. It is like a real world where applicants were train first and then, after that, they'll work on a real job. Employer will teach them without paying their applicant first and then, if they worth, they can now work on a real job on odesk. Its important you know so that those people who does not have zero experience or just an amateur can easily get a job on odesk.

Being an oDesk member, there are few companies which provide training to their employee after the interview. If you apply and if the employer has selected you, before providing you their job, they will train you. But, remember, most of the companies do not do that. Moreover, I found that recently the chances of being hired from oDesk have been decreased. Whatever jobs I do apply it always either closes or rejected. Anyway, I wish you all the best at oDesk. happy MyLotting.

Oh. Do you have work experience outside home? I don't have one. You mean even though I don't have work experience, I still have hope to get a new job on Odesk? Its fine with me if I don't have experience on Odesk as long as I have work experience so that it would benefit me if I am going to apply on Odesk, but I do not have work experience.

I think it's okay to have no experience provided you have the necessary skills these companies are looking for. Polish your computer skills and you will be able to find work very easily I know.

Necessary skills? No one hired me on odesk. It is because I have no work experience and I have less skills. Skills that is not well enhance because I lack of training. I train once but its been a long time and I forgot all of it. I have skills in Adobe Photoshop, but I work portfolio looks amateur and it is not professional.

Yes. Customers like you because they get something done without paying you. On your part, it gives you experience and it will an asset for you in the coming jobs that you wish to apply. You can still get on the job training on the real world.

Job training in a real world which means I am going to spend money again. Okay. I was thinking that if odesk have a job training, well, its easy for new members to get a job so that before they work, their skills have already enhance and they've already know what to do in a real job online world. I've already train once but I forgot already. Its because its been too long. I train short courses in Adobe Photoshop and that is it.

i have done very little work on odesk but i didnt see on job training the best is to do many of their skill tests and then apply for the area you are strongest in,its very hard to get a job but keep trying to apply for what you are good at,you can get something even without being a professional, they even allow new starters to try so dont give up.

Skill tests. He he. I have already taken some of the skill tests and it is so low, but I passed the test. Still, for me, the score I had in skill tests is not good for the employer to see. I've seen skill tests from some members of Odesks. Some of them are professional and I was really amazed because they have this high score than me.
