What is your opinion about Get Together?

Hi vidhyaprakash. Well I had a wonderful stay at my school as well a college. So I would definitely love to join get together. We have such allumni meets every year both at my engineering college as well as the management school. But we do not have such things in my school. It is kind of very emotional and nostalgic experience when you go back and remember those old days with your old friends. By the way do you remember me ??? -=SuperShames=-

I think it is a good idea.. since high school friends are quite hard to forget.. since some of them are really close to us, maybe even more than college friends.. it is good to have gatherings like this, but only in a few years.. like 5-8 after graduation. That will give you the time to really miss them so much.

Some of my batch mates in college want to have one but no one is willing to prepare everything and others don't have time or whatsoever. But in my opinion, it's quite fun to have one and you can relive the moments that happened during your other classes. Me and two of my friends will reunite again again after four years on the last week of February. We will go trekking one of the famous mountains here. I know it will be a lot of fun.

I love reunions. A couple of years back, I went to a college Get Together. It was the 50th anniversary of my graduate program. Last year, I went to my 50th high school reunion and had a wonderful time. It is a lot of work to get a reunion together and it sometimes cost some money for participants. For my high school reunion, I went from Texas to Boston. It was well worth it. I had not seen any of these classmates since 1962. We may be having another one for our 55th reunion. I am always up for a Get Together.

During the time when we were fresh graduates, we were excited to get together almost everey month, we were in college... Then month turn to every 6 months. Because we were all working already, then semi annually became, annual get together because some got married and busy with work others are overseas... Now, we have it every 5 years. Because, having all at one time is difficult because all were busy with family and business others are overseas and seldom go back home. Now, i am not as excited as i used to... But i know this is just a phase time will come again that i will be excited to see my classmates again ......

Reunion or get together is good for it made us see our old friends and classmates or schoolmates. It is nice to see old friends and reminisce old times. Every year, me and my friends do a get together and it is good to be there.

Its fun seeing all your old time friends and most of them lost friends. Last 2008 its our 20th year alumni and we gather all classmates and batchmates to have a get together all around the world whenever they are. We invite everyone to join trough facebook and word of mouth of other batchmates. Since then up to now we conduct atleast once a year get together and this coming april is our 25th year so we expect more batchmates to come.

And do you know the get together we have done in our school and college days I am sure no one will forget them as there was some sort of fun and enjoyment in it. Even now we are having the get together in our family at the time of any family member birthday, wedding anniversary time or wedding time or may be sometime just as it is.

Hello VP After my college days I have such get together event many times with my friends. And honestly it is great to have get together so that we can talk about our past happy days and future. Friendship will be always great relationship, so it is always wonderful experience.. I think you should contact your friends by yourself and you all should plan for such get together.

Of course it is a wholesome activity. It is better known as a reunion wherein w meet old friends, classmates with whom we have gone with to school.

Hi, We all my school friends come together and arrange get together. Sometimes our batch friends arrange picnic. Or have a get together in one of the friends house and enjoy the fun. Now we have the group of 8-10 friends. In school time we didn't talk to girls but now in our group there are girls(women)also.

get together is really nice event. As a graduate of my previous schools, there are lots of get together held every year but I have not yet attend once. Personally reunions are great but having it yearly is not advisable as for me. well we can do reunions maybe after 5 years or something.

I'd love to go to a get together party. In fact, we just celebrated our first reunion batch in high school last December 29 and it is quite fun. Though, some did not been able to come and celebrate that rare get together party still we found time to enjoy and mingle after six years of not seeing each other. I spend much on the reunion but I did not regret, I just take it as once in a blue moon get together.
