Well I am trying to wind down and get to bed halfway descent tonight because tomorrow is a big day for my daughter and for me as well cause Im sure I will be on my feet more tomorrow because of her performance both before, during and shortly aftwards. So Im laying spending a short few minutes tonight on the computer just playing around and listening to my praise and worship music. Then I'll read a few scriptures and say my prayers and hopefully fall a sleep. I dont watch tv not like I use to maybe every now and then I'll catch something online and then a weekly movie with the kids but that's about it. Im wondering what others today to prepare for bedtime or what is it that helps them go to sleep for me it is listening to some good music and reading my bible or knitting. I like to something that is relaxing. I have heard it said before that whatever it is that you see or do right before falling a sleep stays in you mind and I believe that to be true because my mother use to like to watch scary, horror movies and listen to god awful rock n roll and heavy metal music (no offsense to anyone that likes that stuff it's just not my cup of tea) and I use to have nightmares and even before when I would watch a lot of tv I would have these strange and stupid dreams. Now that I have been doing things like listening to soothing music, reading or somekind of crafts usually knitting especially before bedtime I haven't been having such odd dreams and I seem to sleep more restful.

Thanks a ton for sharing this discussion. Yes u are absolutely right, the things that is being done or seen at the end will always stay in the end as it is done at a time when all other things have been done. This has happened with me many a times and i wish if good things are done or seen at the end do that it will stay in my mind for ever.
What say?
