do you always wear make-up when you go out?

Even when I go to the wet market or open market in the morning, I'd never miss to wear complete make-up. Is that weird? You can just imagine the works---foundation, powder, blusher, eyebrows, eyeliner, lipstick, etc. This really takes up some time but it's just me. I feel like I'm not complete without my make-up. I wonder how many of you do the same thing? I know majority of our women in my area do this. Am I the only one here? LOL

as much as I want to put make up wherever I go, I just don't do it. It's not something I got used to. I put powder though and I cannot go out without it ;-)

Br brave Luisa. Step out of the box. Surprise yourself. Make an old friend jealous with your new daring hairdo and your fancy duds. Powder alone is not going to save you. Be brave and go up to the best-looking man in the house and chat to him. Have one or two topics lined up and talk to him. Get his opinion. Don't be tacky and forward, but polite and curious. You never know what may happen.

Don't let life pass you by. You have a lot to give. Decide on being curious about others and getting to know them. Draw them out in conversation what they can talk about easily. Be confident. Men like strong women who have an opinion, but a smarty pants is not one of them. Have confidence in your actions and don't hurt people or embarrass them.

I have some friends who are like you, who would always apply make up wherever they go. They feel confident if they wear it and they look good on it too. If you are happy with how you look I don't think there is anything wrong about it. But for me I am not the make up type. I hardly put on a make up. I can go to the mall, church or wherever without even anything. I am just blessed with a flawless skin that is why hihihi.

Oh, I always envy people who have flawless skin.

You don't have to envy people who have flawless skin; you can have it if you want it. It starts with healthy eating, exercise, right foods, prayer and loving life. Also giving up eating sugar and fats and drinking four to six bottles of water a day. Your body needs flushing out and when you drink enough liquids your skin also clears up. Remember make up is only a cover up; go for the real thing and add prayer.

You're like my eldest sister. She can't go out of her room without make up. I don't use make up . First reason I guess, is because I don't know how to use them. Secondly, my skin is so sensitive. Chemicals on make up easily irritates my skin. So, what I'm doing as a beauty regimen, is live healthy. Eat fruits and vegetables. To have a rosy like cheeks, i just eat tomatoes. And for good skin, banana. And many others. I get the beauty skin and face i need without me costing much on make up or cosmetics, and i'm living healthy.

Oh, but don't you like to wear your natural beauty sometimes? I only wear powder, a little pink blush and lipstick, when I go to the mall, church, etc. But, if I'm just going to be around the neighborhood, I just comb my hair and no make up needed. I look better without too much make up on. In fact, when I have to put on make up, for special occasions, I have to go to my sister or get a makeup artist to do it for me, because I don't have the skill for that.

I haven't had a powder puff to my face in perhaps thirty years, and then it cannot really be called makeup but a dash or two of lipstick. I just match the lipstick to the color of the outfit I am going to wear. I believe though in good moisturizing cream for women and keeping their hands, arms and legs supple. Less is more when it comes to dolling up and I seldom use artificial stuff. I do however like a nice soap and the tiniest spray of lemon fragrance. Another thing; beauty is not always about makeup and dressing up, but caring for your body as a whole

It is perfectly normal to always wear make up :) I am a make up addict as well. LOL. When I go and visit the doctor, I also put make up. It is normal to put foundation, powder, eyeliner and blush. But I think it is quite over the top if you put lots of different shimmery eyeshadow and your just going to the grocery or something haha. But yeah, in my opinion, what your doing is actually normal. I do it too :) Happy mylotting!

I don't always wear makeup. In fact, for me, makeup is a special occasion thing- when I'm going out to a bar/club or a nice dinner, etc. I think it has to do with being comfortable with yourself. If you feel you can't go out without makeup, makeup might be your mask. There is a brilliant blog about a woman who stopped looking in the mirror for a year-- very inspiring. You should check it out.

There's nothing wrong if you go somewhere and put on a make up. It's totally YOU! What matters most is your comfortable at it and you're not hurting anybody then that's it!

I am sure I am not hurting anybody when I do this, Mau. On the contrary, I am only making myself look better for others so their eyes won't get hurt. LOL

Yeah i know some women that are like that but don't add me to the list. I could go out of the house with a bare face. Nothing but a sun cream to protect my skin. There are even times when I go to work with just a bb cream and a brow liner and i'm done. In fact I plan to go shoe shopping in an hour and don't have any plans to put on make-up at all.

You probably have nice skin and all and does not need the help of make-up Toni. I happen to be unfortunate enough not to be blessed with good skin and to top it off, I do not have eyebrows so I have to draw them. LOL

When I go out I usually put on some make up, not all of it but at least eyeliner, eyeshadow and mascara. My eyes are my best feature so I make sure they look nice. Lol. I don't like the way I look without make up so that is why I don't go out without it on...

I think it's all right. Every woman will want to look as the best. And it's nothing wrong with it. Though for myself though, I only wear light makeup which usually just lipstic, eyeliner, and powder. It's because I don't really like to spend much time on make-up. But I do admire the woman who wear make-up and look good with it.

I never do make-up. My work doesn't require me to do make-up everyday, and actually i don't know how to do it. I think nature is the best way to present myself.

I never wear makeup. My sister in law is like you she never goes out with out her make up on. I never learned how to apply it and there is so many different kinds. I don't have the patients for it. My sister in law is always on me about not wearing at least lipstick.

Hi friend, I dont wear make up regularly. I just use a cream whenever I need to go out. Sometimes do use a lip care in cold season.I usually wear make up while attending some big functions or get togethers. Otherwise I like to be natural and simple.

Nah, I do not think it is weird at all. All the women in my family are like that and that includes me. I guess wearing makeup is just a simple habit. I don't see anything wrong in it at all. But I really do not want a woman to be like my aunt who starts her makeup session at 5 in the morning. I totally agree with you. I too feel incomplete without makeup. It has become a part of wearing clothes for me. It makes me feel good.

I don't think that is weird. It is a good thing to want to look your best. I agree that putting on makeup like that does take some time. I understand what you mean about not feeling complete without makeup. I don't always wear makeup when I go out but I'm working on doing more for myself so that is one of my goals. Today when I was out to run errands I decided that before I left I would do my makeup. I had the works as well foundation, bronzer, blush, liquid eyeliner, eye shadow, and lip gloss. So I felt better about myself as got things done.

Its definitely fine. Though too much makeup is not good for skin, still its one's personal choice how one wants to present oneself. Though you can keep the use of blusher a little light during the morning open market :)
