If your boss is gone, how much work do you get done?

My boss usually is out of the office one day a week and sometimes I tend to slack off, How about everyone else?

Honestly, effectiveness will drop, but it will depend on how much you love your jobs. I tend to walk around a bit more but will still do my job, as my job is project based, it is either I do it now or tomorrow, I still have to do it at one point of time.
