What do you think about facebook?

I think that facebook is a time consumer and take you away from your real friends. You keep adding "friends" that you don't see or are really interested in, but only to make it look like you have really a lot of friends. But in reality these friends aren't your real friends. You may have only 2 maybe 3 real friends that you can count on in your life and they will follow you the rest of your life. The rest are like everything else. They come on go.

Sometimes, some people over FaceBook are hyped on the social networking site that they forgot to barred on reality and cyber space. People should pay much detail on responsible usage of social media because some don’t restrict on the contents that they place on such social network. Although, the intent of Social Media is good because they are information dissemination and puts you updated to what other’s might have put activities in their life, one should remember that there is a fine line between public and private postings.

So many people are so addicted with Facebook. There's no doubt in that. I am too is an addict but I try to reduce because a lot of things that is much important to do than being in Facebook is delayed or not done. I regret it so much for example being here in myLot. I missed a lot of things already.

I like mylot, people are more open to conversations with people they don't know. People on facebook just seem to want people to add on their facebook or like their pages, so I'm just not that into it. I'll check my facebook daily, get some motivation for my healthier lifestyle living and then go onto my other sites where I can have some fun.

for me Facebook and mylot has its own importance to the internet world. facebook makes us connected with our loved ones, friends and other people we know. we can post photos, videos and update our status there. Mylot is different in the sense that we are making money here. for me these two website are the best in the world.

I am still on fb despite the fact that it has gotten very boring over the past year or so. I am not one of those people who has hundreds of friends. In fact, I mostly have a few friends and relatives. I pretty much erased the people who have to post every waking moment in their life there. I just feel I don't need to know everybody's business..

Personally I much rather being here than Facebook! I have so many friends here, we learn so much and we earn a little money, it is the best site ever!

but not all people has mylot account. so i still have to be on facebook because everyone does. i need to connect to my clients and job prospects. i still need more exposure for my skills to be known which mylot today can't give. if every has a mylot account which has the same format as facebook, then that would be great.
