It is not necessary to have a verified Paypal account but it is also good because the limit on sending and receiving money will be lift up. I use smart money for verification. You can get smart money card at the smart center near you. Then you can connect it with your phone and do the online transaction for verification. But as of now, what is important is that you have your Paypal account. I use my Land Bank account for receiving my online earnings and so far the transactions went on smoothly. i think you should select carefully the online site who offer gives their member easily money sometimes they are easily turn into scam site.. so maybe you can use mylot and any discussion for watching or selecting which one is good site and which one is bad site or scam site
