Talking bad about other people countries

Ohhh i am sorry i am not talking about your country i just search for the actors that could be compared to you? Anyway, too bad that labeling is really one of the people's waterloo. I think it is not just your country but it is mine too. Sad that my country is being discriminated not only in mylot but also everywhere i go. I think that is a part so life, that's why we have no option but to do the best at all times and prove them wrong.

How right you are.We had it in England with the riots in London and football hooligans.That represented a small section of our country.Most of us are hard working,honest and respectable.I think we hear things and just react to it through disgust or anger.The rape in India brought some really strong comments from me but in no way did I think everyone in India were like those terrible men.I just felt so sorry for my sisters in another country.I do realise not all men think woman are to be used for their own gratification. We do see the tv where lots of people are rebelling and trying to change the law both men and woman.It is the same in Ireland most people just want to live in peace and cannot stand the violence and yet when you watch the news and read the papers anyone would think the people were all the same.All countries have their black sheep but the majority of people are just fine,normal and family people who just want to live in peace with their neighbours.Take care

That is absolutely right. I have seen people just blame our country right on my face. I have seen few other people from a different country blame and curse my country, in fact they hate our people and this they say on our face. It is so hurting. I don't know why people are so much into racism.

Indeed, it is very rude for people to talk about other people from other countries. It can cause ill feelings to both parties. People shouldn't generalize and group people as one and describe them according to how they see a few representatives from those countries.

Oh, I hate this thing. No people are the same and there are no universal traits in any nation. I hate it when I hear people talking about Americans as lazy, uneducated God-freaks, because there are living there who are not like that, and it's a huge offence to them...

Hi.Akamaru,i think i never started such bad thing about other countries except about a discussions of money making website. I saw some people just start a discussion discriminating each other countries,don't know wether they are doing right or wrong by starting such discussions.I also never responded to such discussions as it's annoying and abusive. So just focus on your discussions rather than this type of discussion. Happy lottings.

Hi AkamaruKei no nobody shoujld tak bad about any country here as we all have a right to be here. You a r e so right w e shu ld not put down any country because of a few bad people. We hurt ourselves and others when we do that. Its rude, its insolent and its just not right at all. First I wish to sa y we are all human beings and as such we make errors.So what right has any of us got to pu t down someone else's country. Mylot is open and welcomes all of us and ask we treat one other kindly.I am sorry to hear someones belittled your country AkamaruKei, thats very unkind of them.Not any of us a re good enough to put down someone else's country. sorry

I am sorry...but I want others to talk badly about my country ...when it is warranted. I mean, if you all dont condemn the brutal rape...decide to look the other way...how are we going to become part of the civilized world? Perhaps you all have a solution for us...which exists in your country...and feel things should be done this way... Likewise, there are customs like caste, and dowry...which are outdated and need to be looked down upon. External support helps us fight such things better...and kind of tells us we are on the right path. Its easy to be swayed otherwise considering the fact that we are constantly surrounded by such thinking. And likewise, we will help your society also to progress based on what little we know and understand and for which we may have a solution. Nobody has all the solutions..but exchange of solutions is possible...right? :)

You have the point and I heard it! You are so right about it. There are some points that make me hate my country, but it is caused by the people themselves. Other than that, I am so proud of my country. And I hate it when people say bad things about my country. There is nothing wrong with any country, the people who live in it are the ones who make it wrong. P.S.: Btw, you are here in about two months and already very active!! Wow! I am here almost a year and look at my posts.

I guess it all comes down to behaving like an illiterate even when you are literate. I also come across people who do the same but all they just make me think of is how much they've wasted on education only to end up not using it. I also believe that you can't say because a particular set of people from a country behave badly, that means that is how everyone from that country is. After all, they did say "Judge not so you shall not be judged". Therefore, anybody who does this, i don't have anything to tell them than that they should try and change their mindset.

I believe it is bad to criticize other people based on their country or race or whatever and we should avoid it because we need to give people chance to prove themselves, not to bring them down. People are positive people are caring people are very fun to be with as long as the way you look at them is correct, with love, with enthusiasm and kindness. If you look at them negatively it will also affect you and your way of living. We should have world peace!

Aka, yes that's very unfortunate when that happens. It happens to my country as well. There are a lot of bad things said and I don't participate in those discussions. I choose to ignore it. I never knew that there was anything bad said about your country. I don't keep up with news so I don't know what's going on but whatever it is there's no reason to come to mylot and bring that kind of mentality here. Ignore it. This is a good way to deal with it, by starting a discussion about your feelings on the subject. That way you can see that the people who really matter aren't like that. I also didn't know that people spoke ill of the Philippines until Mavic told me about that before. Maybe I need to read the newspaper once in a while. Good topic!

hy akamarukei,this my firs time i sign up in mylot and i try respond to this discussion, i agree with you if no country is perfect, i believe if some country have potential they be coming up short in other side. and inversely. so we must be proud with our country. before i apologize to you because my english speaking is very bad. i am student in english class

I think we should respect one another here and respecting one another include avoiding any post that talks ill of anyone's country among others. Every one loves his country so let's just keep the respect and good relationship around here by not speaking anything bad our. We can always discuss, we can even debate but respect must be always kept.

Nobody should not say bad against anybody, we are all created by one God even though we have different cultures but still we are the same human being. Give respect to every one and let us live a happy life without hassle. Still hoping and praying that the discrimination against other individual will stop. It is a big mistake need to be straighten up. Hopefully.

It really feels bad when we comment on somebody about their country. I think we all love our country. So we are hurt when somebody speaks ill of our country. It is so humiliating as if they are criticizing us. I also feel the same way. You should have at least some respect for someone's country.
