i just saw a show that they had a glass door refrigerator in their house. I would never want to have this. my fridge doesn't always look pretty with tupperware and so on. Mind you this woman was rich and had maids a a butler so i'm sure they keep the inside organized and always looking fresh.

Ya it might be cool if we could make it go clear and then to colored where you can't see what's inside. Maybe when you missed cleaning out the fridge this week, don't want company to see all of that. but like was stated if we had the money for that kind of fridge it would surely be clean and tidy and perfect, cause we'd have maids and butlers.

I wish it were not so, but my refrigerator tends to be too messy for me to want people to be able to see inside it. So, that sort of fridge simply would not work for me. Although, my cats might enjoy it... I can envision them sitting in front of the fridge and staring at their favorite treats--chief amongst them the cheese and yogurt.

I have seen some of these refrigerator when I was window shopping with my girlfriend. We discussed about what kind of refrigerator and other electrical appliances should we buy when we own a house in the future. So she was quite amazed with the glass and contemporary looking refrigerator which cost about 500 usd. I think they do look good and I won't mind to have glass refrigerator in the future in my own house.

Yeah, that seems kind of weird. You would have to keep your refrigerator organized all the time, and I agree with all the tupperware, it wouldn't look very good.

I wish to have one, but I am afraid any kid/s might break it. My kids are grown up but most of the time relatives came and they come with their little kids. So, I guess I may settle with the old style :)

Uhm. It sounds really weird. I just wouldn't want people who stumble into my kitchen to see what kind of food I'm having. It's like a personal business and matter for me :D. Also, our fridge is pretty small, and sometimes, especially at a gathering, we stuff it full, and it does NOT look pretty then, when the packet of ham is laying on the ice-crwam ox, because it was the only place it fit...
