Help with Bamboo Pen and Touch

Hell guys, It's been awhile - just busy with life, work and stuff. I know this is the place where I can possibly get help because my head is already pounding like hell. I have tried everything I saw on the net and watched every tutorial I could find how to use the Bamboo Pen and Touch but still I can't let the "virtual wordpad" (not sure if that's what it's called but that's what I saw on youtube tutorials) on my MS Word. I know I saw it on Bamboo website that I can write with it but how come I can't use it to write. I just bought Bamboo Pen and Touch. My computer is windows 7 home basic. I already saw on the system properties that after I installed the Bamboo that "Pen Input" is available. I can use it to draw, as a mouse and for navigation. Everything is working fine except for that "Handwriting" feature. Is there something I missed? Any help? Please, please, please. The stuff is around Ph 6,000. It's a big amount but I invested on it for my work so any help is greatly appreciated. Ciao!
