Hi friends,
Let me explain you the situation and just want to know what is your thinking on this. Since now its winter and trees shed lots of dry leaves my neighbour is chopping down a tree in his land because hey cant clean the leaves every day. Even though the leaves were falling in my compund we never complained about it but we clean the dry leaves every day in our place.
Now the question is will you chop down the tree for just that the tree is shedding lots of leaves? For me its a big NO .I love nature and never want to cut down a tree for this purpose. I would rather take a few mins from my time to clean the leaves or would ask my maid to clean it up if I am busy.
What is your Thinking on this please do share.

Hi sister, nice to see you after a long time. How are you? i am also in your sort, i never cut the tree for this reason. We must plant at least one tree in our home and avoid cutting them. We all need trees in this modern days, sad to know that your neighbor cut the tree due to a silly reason.

hi
This is really sad. I dont like to chop down trees. But sad that its happening around us. The government has already did it for road extensions and now people are chopping the remaining ones.
I heard that the government of UP has some strict laws about this chopping trees. One of my friend who is from UP told me this one they are not allowed to cut down trees there. If any one is cutting or want to cut they should inform the local police and also the panchayat of that village, they have to sign some papers siting the reason of the cutting and so on.

Hi Prashu,
Thanks for sharing your opinion. Thats great UP govt made such rules to prevent cutting down trees. this should be made in all places inorder to save trees.

It is very kind of you. I also think it is wrong for your neighbor to cut down a tree because of its falling leaves. As we need more plants so that our environment will be better. I always wish to have a garden which I can plant many things inside. It is a luck to have a tree at home. It gives you a shadow to cool down in the hot summer. It also gives you fresh air and meanwhile obtain the pollution. Your neighbor just doesn't know how to cherish it.

Hello Chaitra,
How are you? How is your baby and all. I sent you New Year wishes. Hope you got it.
Regarding the topic, it is upto the owner of the house, sometimes they need the wood for some other purpose but y I don’t think any one chop the tree for making the yard clean. Cutting some branches will help them if they have problem with shedding leaves.
Same time is it not a big issue if they plant new one instead of the big one. Sometimes replanting or cutting will help to plant new trees. I have seen cutting trees if it is dangerous for the house, no one feel regret to cut the same for saving their house. They will use the wood for some other purpose and plant another tree in that place.
In nutshell it is all depends on how it disturbs the house.

Hi Sree,
I am doing good how about you? My son was bit unwell during the new year so could not respond you back that time. He is fine now.
I agree its upto the owner of the house but dont you think its very silly reason to cut down a tree for that it was shedding leaves?
And they did not plant any new plants.

Oh no...never...but my father is a great one for killing trees...within my lifetime I have seen him getting at least four trees out of way...and it hurt me no end...I am essentially the green type...and I love trees...tall and majestic...they seem to me like magicians all around trying to safeguard me...
Never mind..I love trees and my father is like...if I dont cut it ...we wont have a lawn..who wants a lawn...not me. But he doesnt care..
And if I dont cut them, mosquitoes will not come down...hello...we have ample mosquito repellants, why kill trees for that...but you cant talk to my pa...he is pa and if I talk to him a bit harshly, the whole world thinks I am bad...

Hi Vandana,
Thanks for sharing your experience. Arguing with dad is not so easy though. But my dad is like me he too like his surroundings to be green with plants and trees.
