Sleeping On Time

No matter how I would like to sleep on time, I just can't do it. There are a lot of hindrances, temptations and needed things to do and to finish before I could go to sleep. It is such a nice feeling when you are already going to sleep and knowing that it is on time. Everyday I don't sleep that much needed hours of sleep. I always lack of sleep. I hope someday I could change this when I don't have much loads of things to do.

I have been a late sleeper for more than ten years.Actually my mother fell seriously ill and I had to look after her,because her troubles got agravetted during night.She was unable to sleep before 3 or 4 am,and I used to keep sitting by her side till she slept.All this lasted for nearly four years.By then I have turned into a late sleeper.Now my mother is no more,but my habit of keeping awake till late night continues.I try to go to bed as early as possible,but sleep remains elusive.

Thanks for sharing your experience about it my friend. Since I was young, I sleep very late because I keep on watching television. My mother would always scold me for I am so hard to wake up in the morning. Until now I still carry it that is why I want to change this kind of attitude.

I was going to say this sounds like you have a lot to do in the day and you aren't getting them done soon enough! Maybe a little organization might help but probably not always. I hope you can get a better sleep schedule, you will feel better for it.

Thanks. I'm really hoping I will have always a sound sleep and be able to enjoy it. It is such a nice feeling when your sleep is so enough. Being able to sleep 8 hours means we are able to do things actively. I will surely take your advice. That is what I love here in myLot because I get advices which really helps us.

Sleeping on time has been one of my weakness as I love to stay up late on the internet or watch a good late night movie on television. I know it is not good but really am indisciplined in this.
Even so, I believe that I would have to make the extra effort to sleep well on time.

Sleeping on time is very important. The hours need to sleep is also
need to consider to maintain good health and improve our productivity.
I at times also like you, it seems there are some urgent thing to
finish before we can really sleep in 'peace'. If my task not done
I can't sleep well. Therefore, time management is very important.

Thanks Iriene88! I will manage my time well from now on. I will not get stuck on things not so important and must prioritize my sleep when it is time. The importance of sleeping to our body has a big impact to our daily routine because it keeps us up and being able to do with all effort.

even if i go to bed early, i just can't sleep on time. i sleep almost at 11pm every night or even later.

Maybe all you need is proper time management so that you;ll be able to do things right on time. In that way, you'd be able to have quality sleep.
