I had known a person who suffer from bad feelings, she had felt herself as useless and she always blame herself even if we praise him of his good deeds. And he said to me that he is unworthy of happiness. How can I help to my fiend.

Just talk to her and tell her to tell you what happened so you can find solution to her problem because two heads are better than one.

First of all,I think you should spend some time learning about your friend's past life.Did she experience some failure in her past life, which made her disappointed about herself.Unless you do some learning about what's in her heart, you are not able to help her.
After that, you may explain the causes of her past failure,or discuss her mistakes with her.The purpose is to help her realize that actually her mistakes and failures isn't serious as she has thought.
And then, maybe you have to try to help her to experience the feelings of success.Don't just give her success, but let herself get success by working.Because she is the key role of her own life.If she gains the sweet apples which were too high in the past by herself, her attitude towards life may be changed.

I think your friend wants to let out some secrets of her, may be he/she thinks that they have done something wrong and that is why they are blaming themselves. I think you should take your friend for a coffee alone, and just ask he/she what is the matter. Have something happened that he/she getting scared of revealing it or what is that making them say that they are so bad.

Your friend must first realize that every individual is unique on its own and there is something truly special that everyone sees. He should be able to see what is different from him that would make others happy. It is a long process. And maybe you would like to seek help a therapist for your friend. That would be the best solution.

To me time is the best healer. So if anyone some some bad words to you, there is no point in crying over that. When somebody blames me I fell very bad at that moment.
But then I forget everything and do my job. In this way I can continue my work and don't cripple my mind. So keep smiling and don't care if People say something bad about you.
