How can one transfer moneys from indian bank account to paypal?

I'm an Indian. I am planning to buy something online via ebay. Here's a problem..
Most of the paypal users are saying that button to add funds to paypal by linked bank account is disappeared. Paypal is not bothering to clarify this question. I need your help...
Please friends explain complete procedure...

As the above user have mentioned Indian people can not add funds from bank account to the paypal account. The credit card or debit card might work for you, I have read somewhere ICICI bank's debit card can be used to buy something with paypal.
I would not advice to use credit card for any online transactions , I feel it is very risky.

I have debit card of bank of baroda having visa logo. But peoples are saying you cannot pay by debit card. Why it is so?
OMG! What I am hearing this! I've always heard credit card transactions are always safest way to pay.

Indian PayPal accounts do not support sending payments from bank accounts. The only way that you can make a payment for an item purchased on eBay is by credit card.

Feeling so sad hearing this. I don't own a credit card. DO you think I can use my friends credit card for transactions?
