How come movie popcorn is so much better

I love movie popcorn better as well. I like putting flavourful powder on my home popcorn. I have a white cheddar popcorn topping that I like.

Movie theater popcorn is cooked in butter flavored oil. That is probably part of the reason. The buttery oil stuff they put on top with all that salt I add makes my movie theater popcorn taste totally different than the popcorn I make at home.

I think my popcorn I make at home is just as good as movie theater popcorn. Besides my airpopper popcorn is healthier. I don't cook it plain. I add my butter, Real butter that is. and I add Kerneel Season's popcorn Seasoning flavor I like is white chedder and nacho cheese. these seasons don't have msg's. with those two ingredients my popcorn is the bomb.

When one goes to see a movie mostly there are happy thoughts. It is an outing that gives one relaxed moments and when one is in a relaxed mood food always tastes better and that includes the movie popcorn!

I totally agree with you! Movie popcorn is the best popcorn ever. So buttery and just perfectly made. It doesn't work that way at home... I don't know why. I wish I could get it to taste the same, I have tried but I have failed.
