I never fail to express myself to the things around me. It maybe be good or bad. If its good, I share the stories to them. If its bad I share it also to them. So if you are complaining on something that this situation suppose to help you. But its turnsout giving you a hard time. REPORT IT!
People are making some technology to make life easier and convenient. But if this stuff giving you a hard life then there is something wrong and it should be resolved right away.
We deserve that are meant for us for we are paying it accordingly and timely. So if you have problem with it report it to the authority.
No complain means No Problem, right?

Yes, i agree... as with our laws... if no one complains... then no improvement would be made... or no one will be held liable for any broken law...
But there are people who choose to be silent... who choose not to complain... lest their lives get messed up with the system... so there are so many people who get away with the evil things they are doing...
I complain, report serious problems... but if it is something that i can fix by myself... then i tend to be just quiet...

Agree! If it bothers you that much, then you should report it. Some people just complain but don't do anything about it. So why complain in the first place?

Up to a point I believe in this, but always try to complain with a smile, especially if it's a human error. After all who hasn't made a mistake. One place I never complain is to the cook at a resturant. I never send food back, I just don't eat it and don't return to that place. There is to much that can be done to your food if you complain. But most important is to thank people whenever I can for the good they do for me.

My mom also has the same attitude as you do and sometimes, I agree with her guts. But I am not the type of person who would make a move every time coz I feel like I am wasting my time with people who doesn't even care about what i am trying to tell them. Well, that was the old me. Now, I know how my voice can be heard. It really makes a difference to point out something that is bothering you.

I also think the same way too , syoti.
I am a transparent person. If i don't like the way i am being treated or even an item, i say so. I complain, so it could be corrected.
Being such, i also believe that if there's no complain, then it's okay.

I agree. I don't like it when people start reporting complaints so late. It can also happen that they may only complain to other people and then you hear from the grapevine what their beef was about. Sometimes they find it difficult to report something with the product or service because they don't want to bother others.
