As I continue my journey inn searching for Tri-Sem school. I saw AMA University offering BSIS (Bachelor of Science in Information System) and BSIT ( Bachelor of Science in Information Technology). Do you know the difference between the two? And which of them are more in demand?

I do not know its difference but I am quite sure they both have got to do with computing. I believe technology-related jobs will still be in demand in the next decade or so. But if you want local jobs, you can try to browse the official website of the Department of Labor and Employment at http://www.dole.gov.ph. Navigate yourself and you should be able to find the in-demand or critical jobs in the years to come in that website.

Bachelor of Science in Information Systems prepares students for all potential career positions in the IS field. These include: Systems Analysis and Design, Computer Networking and Health Care Informatics. while, A Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, (abbreviated BSIT or B.Sc IT), according to Wikipedia, is a Bachelor's degree awarded for an undergraduate course or program in the Information technology field. The degree is normally required in order to work in Information technology industry. This degree is primarily focused on subjects such as software, databases, and networking. Many employers require software developers or programmers to have a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science degree, however those seeking to hire for positions such as network administrators or database managers would require a Bachelors of Science in Information Technology or an equivalent degree. Graduates with an information technology background are able to perform technology tasks relating to the processing, storing, and communication of information between computers, mobile phones, and other electronic devices. Information technology as field emphasizes the secure management of large amounts of variable information and its accessibility via a wide variety of systems both local and world-wide. Hope this help. Ciao.
