Swagbucks Amazon code that doesn't work

I had cashed in my points for an Amazon gift card back before New Years. I got the code the other day, went to add it to my account and keep getting an error.
I sent Swagbucks an email, and waiting to hear about it. But I've heard others having this sort of issue, and them not replacing the code.

I'm behind the times and haven't joined Swagbucks yet. It's on my list of things to do, but I just haven't had the time. What I'm hearing is not good news. Keep us informed about your experiences with Swagbucks. I don't have time to waste with sites that aren't honest.
Good luck!

SwagBucks is perfectly honest -- I've literally earned and used hundreds of dollars in Amazon gift cards that I've earned through that site! I would still recommend joining, honestly I've never had any problems with redemption on that site!
Also it's been around since 2008, so it's not exactly 'brand-new'. It's had time to become established and is run very professionally.

I have been a member for years now, and never had an issue until this. I emailed them, a week ago and have yet to hear from them.
I know a handful of people personal who have had these issues, but it depends on who you ask over it.
I never had a bad issue until now, and depends on the outcome on whether I will keep using hte sites. And others have this issue since the day they started.

I've been ordering 5 $5.00 Amazon gift codes each and every month for the last three years and there has never been a time that I've had any kind of a problem with the codes that I've been given for Amazon. The only time that I thought that I was having a problem with the code that I had been issued, it actually turned out that it was my fault as I was accidentally highlighting spaces after the code and thus it wasn't reading as valid.
With that said, I always copy and paste the codes so that I don't make some kind of a mistake in typing in the code.

Wow, that is kind of scary. I haven't had that happen to me so far, but that would be so frustrating. I wonder how they could mess that up! I hope they get back to you soon and are able to get you a working code. That would really be wrong if they refuse to replace it. Definitely bad customer service!

I have not yet had an issue with it. Now I did just redeem for a $5.00 gift code for amazon so let us hope that it all goes through and it won't be any hassle.
They need to replace it, swagbucks doesn't want to get bad customer rep.

Personally, I have never had any problems with the redemption process at SwagBucks. I've been using that website for years and I've redeem TONS of Amazon gift cards and they have all worked... So, if there is an error I don't think that it is them trying to scam you...
Are you copying and pasting the code from SwagBucks to Amazon.com? What exactly does the error message say?

It's saying the code is not right, missing, or ommitted numbers or letters. I copied as it was, and even relooked at it several times, and tried different browsers.
I have been with Swagbucks for years, and never had an issue until now. But I know many close friends who do have an issue on a regular basis.
