I just read a cool thing. I read an article about why do we say "You Are Fired" when we wanna let a person leave his job. The article said that in ancient time when there were only small societies all the members should work for themselves and their community in order to keep the society together. So if someone didn't work/ help or steal the other group member burned his house, so it was fired. Did you every thought about that?

This is an interesting information and thanks for sharing. yah, this is what I found Had any of the miners stolen lead or ore--their fate would lie with the action of: "bring him where his house or worke and all his tooles and instruments are... and put him into his house or worke and set fire in all together about him and banish him!"
