I recently came around vpnreactor.com. It claims to give free vpn services. Have anyone used that ? Please write whatever you know about it. It would be of great help.

Yes, i have used VPN Reactor from a long time and it is good Free VPN service but the only bad part of this VPN Service is if you use it for 30 Minutes it will automatically Disconnect and you have to wait for 30 minutes then you can again connect this but the best part is we can try its Premium service's 7 Days Trial but it needs Credit Card or Paypal account to start your trial. But If you ask to me which is the best VPN Service I recommend keep searching and you will get tons of more Free VPN Services some of them may also better then VPN Reactor.

This is something new to me and reading the discussion it seemed rather odd. I do use a VPN for access to my company network, but could not understand how a VPN could be created simply via a website.
After a brief look at the website I see that they are actually offering a free program to operate the client and host, which makes far more sense. There seems to be no information anywhere posted by users so I have no way of knowing how well the system works, but it appears to be a fairly straightforward system.
