Ever since I lost 34 pounds, I am always looking for the best way to eat healthier. I am also always looking for the best way to stay healthy with using things you have at home instead of taking drugs and things. Like having one teaspoon of honey and a half teaspoon of cinnaimon in boiled water a half hour before before breakfast and right before bed will help you shed weight!
Do you have any favorite home made health remedies that work?

One of the best tips I have is to use organic coconut oil. Always be sure to buy the Extra Virgin Coconut oil. You can put it in smoothies, put it on your skin (it makes it sooooo soft) and you can put it in other foods like stir fry. It gives everything a coc0-nutty flavor and it's delicious. It's the new miracle food, and I highly recommend it.
You can also add it to some sea salt and use it as an exfoliater in your bath.

I do not have these kind of home remedies you mentioned. Also find it hard to believe honey will help you shed your weight. Still I try to live as healthy as possible and about 3 weeks ago we did (we is the whole family) started to change our food habits. We want to get less toxic in our bodies. By changing our food/drinks it's a way. Also by not using all these "handy/clever" cleaning articles and stuff mentioned for persal care. Vinegar for example we use to clean toilets, dishwasher, in the washingmachine to make the laundry softer (bad quality of water plus it takes out the soap rests), we clean floors with it and also use it to clean the skin/nails, it works against skin problems on the head as well plust against athletic feet, etc. We only drink water or green or white tea. Body pains (all kind of) we treat first with hot water bags (which will help to calm down, relax). We are not eating wheat anymore, not drinking milk. We eat fruit for breakfast and through the day. Especially the kinds (same with vegetables) that are high alkaline. You won't find us at the doctor's office if we have the flue, a soar throat etc. We use soda (very common in my country) against all kind of infections. Women sit in a tub with it after giving birth for example. It also works if you have splinter in your finger (for example) or have an injury and there is some "wild meat" starting to grow. Keeping the head warm (wearing a hat) will keep the body warm.

I drink a ltre of warm watermixed with lemon juice first thing in the morning for weight loss. For tooth pain I rely heavily on clove which makes the tooth ache vanish and removes bad odor from mouth.

You got it! I drink so much water everyday! it's the best. If I am feeling tired, i drink water. If i feel a headache coming on I drink water. When i get hungry, I drink water. Most people realize that most things that make them sick is they are not getting enough water daily

There are so many natural cures for things it's amazing. I don't have arthritis or bronchitis anymore thanks to natural products. I never get sick and feel pretty good for 65.
Here's a site that has plenty of cures for everything www.earthclinic.com and www.livestrong.com has natural remedies as well as information on medications, I think. I only use it for the natural stuff. If you want a really good book "Solve it With Supplements" by Robert A. Schulman, MD. is great. I took the supplements in that book that are recommended for arthritis and I haven't had a pain any where in 3-4 years. The book only recommends, they don't sell or mention brand names of any products. Neither do the first two sites I gave you. And the book is full of really good information, too. Like how a study was done and some vitamins didn't have in them what they should have or they didn't have any of what they were supposed to. And one more interesting site is www.doctorsaredangerous.com I have this woman's book "Take Control of Your Health and Escape the Sickness Industry" and it's really eye-opening. I've been researching this type of stuff for almost 5 years and it never ceases to amaze me. The things that can be cured naturally are unbelievable. Most people can get rid of a cold by putting 3-4 drops of hydrogen peroxide in each ear. A friend of mine did it and within 1 minute his head cleared up. Peroxide is good for quite a few things. Coconut oil is great. They're making some progress with Alzheimer's patients using coconut oil. Anyway, I hope you enjoy the sites. Good topic.
Stay healthy!
