Trust me on this one....copy and paste before you submit. It happened to me one too many times and now I do this for every discussion, response, and comment. It sure does help.\ I do remember once starting this long discussion and lost it all. I couldn't remember everything I wanted to say so I gave up.

Since we are already allowed to copy paste, I took advantage of this privilege too especially when starting a new discussion.

What Kash said. Copy and paste. If there continues to be a problem, open notepad, paste your text there and save it to your desk top for until it has been resolved.

It has happened to me many times and depending on the discussion I will retype the whole thing. Of course retyping it I don't always retype word for word but I do get my point across. It is so aggravating when this happens. I don't understand why it happens, it must be a glitch in the system.

that has happened to me a couple of times, and it was aggravating as I had typed a long discussion, and before I could post it, ppf, it was gone. I thought, darn, I need to type it again. I don't think I did it word for word either, but at least I remembered pretty much what I wanted to say the second time I had to type it again. thank goodness, that doesn't happen to me to often, but you know, the copy and past idea, is something I should do too, so I don't have to do it all over again. Take care, and have fun in here.

If it is really worth it, I'd retype it. I will learn for everything I type in here anyway. So why not. But if it's just a silly thought and I think about it and I reflect and realize that it's just a silly idea and it's not a big deal. I'd ket it go, haha. :)

I think a lot of people have fallen into the same trap as you, and all have found out that it is far easier to copy and paste your discussion or response and then paste it back if anything goes wrong, I do it automatically now.

Yes!! It happened to me when I My-lotted years ago. I am sad to hear that has not changed. I will need to get back in the habit of copying my post before I hit submit. I thank you greatly for posting this, good reminder.

Sometimes I do and sometimes I don't...and when I do someetimes it's a shortened version of the origional as I don't want to take as much time rewriting it again.

laken my son showed me a great way to save my discussions by cop;hing them line by line to clipboard that runs in the background unseen.' I copy line by line and then if its lost I just paste an resend it and it will go through too. All yo u do is highlight each line as you write it and hit copy on you right hand mouse then if needed hit paste.

Yeeeessss...I have ever been there and I was soooooooo mad!! Not only when I want to post a discussion, sometimes it's also when I want to respond. Sometimes I let it go, sometimes times I retype it.

Hi laken! I agree with Kash that we can copy paste form a note pad or word. But sometimes it also happens when we are making a response or comment. Most often I would type directly on the space provided and if it happens twice that my reply could not go through, I will take a rest for a while for I'm sure something is wrong with the line or a glitch maybe. Have a nice day!

I have this happen all the time, normally I copy my discussion or response just in case. I thought it was my internet, as my brother does so much it sucks the internet form everyone else.
