So it happened when I stand for a long time in the trip to my office in the bus, because I didn't get any passenger seat. All of sudden, my heartbeat become faster and I began to sweat a lot (though the bus has Air conditioner and it's cold inside the bus), and light headed. A person notice my condition and offer the seat. So I sit down and just 1 minute later I feel better and it was all went away....Confused what could be wrong, since I have eaten breakfast in the morning and not hungry or anything....

I don't know whether my answer is relative to your post, but I just share my experience. We went to a marriage in an Air Conditioned bus. It was quite fun for just 10 minutes. Later all of us felt something different. We felt like vomiting, our heads became so light and our ears blocked. We asked the driver to stop the bus and our feelings got ease instantly when he opened the doors. I understand that, sometimes the internal pressure created by the Air conditioners make us feel so. May be your case too is so.

That's happened to me before, but I have blood pressure problems. Have you had yours checked lately? I think something like this can be caused by several things, though. You might have been more tired than usual, or maybe you had more caffeine than usual. Your blood sugar may have been low for some reason. As long as it doesn't happen again soon, I wouldn't worry about it if I were you.

hirandomarts I would say you just might have high blood s ugar and that would cause light headedness and dizziness and sweating really those are symptoms so go ask your doctor for a diabetes test to be sure whether or not you have it as ik you do you need medical help at once. good lu ck.

Thanks a ton for sharing this discussion. Well i can understand your situation and i know u must have felt weird at that point of time. u should be thankful to that person for helping u otherwise your situation might have worsened. i think when u take a heavy breakfast and then without a minute rest rush to your workplace then your body does not adjust to the immediate conditions and due to which u had such a state. Take care of your health. What say?

If it happens again, I would check with your doctor. Were you facing backwards on the bus? Could be that you got a little car sick. Or it could be something more serious such as an issue with your heart. At least you felt better when you sat down. That is good sign. Thank goodness someone noticed that you didn't look well and offered your seat.

Exactly how I felt the entire week!! Lightheaded, perspiration and then it subsides after a minute of two! I think it's a bit of low blood pressure. It is best to see a doctor, but because it comes and goes, I put it aside. It is extremely warm in Cape Town now, so it could be the heat here too.

What happened to you may happen to anyone else.Do you have any physical weakness? If you have, then take care of your health.I would like to suggest you to see your doctor. You might have got tired, too much tired.I have experienced this once or twice.I was walking to my house, and suddenly I felt as if I would collapse if I didn't sit somewhere. As there was no place where I could sit,I sat by the side of the road.Within ten minutes or so I felt better and then I got up and began walking to my place. My doctor told me the next day that my blood pressure had been lowered.
