Facebook a very good wy to promote your business

Some of you would ask, Why Facebook?
Facebook has recently reached 500 Million active users. On average, at
least half of those users log into Facebook on any given day. The average
amount of 'friends' a single user has is 130 and, more astonishing, users visit
Facebook for over 500 BILLION minutes per MONTH. That should answer
the question, "Why Facebook?"
Fan pages is the key here. According to the Facebook Pages Manual - which you can download and
use for guidance in setting up your Fan Pages - Pages were added to the
Facebook milieu so that businesses, organizations, bands, and celebrities
could keep in touch with their fans in "an official, public manner."
For us, the key word here is "businesses" because when we use a Fan Page
for a niche specific keyword/product, that is our business.
With a tightly keyword focused Fan Page, you will be indexed fast by the
search engines. Your individual fan page will let you be recognized as an
expert in your niche with exposure to maybe thousands of people each day,
build your list, generate traffic to your blogs or websites, and much, much
more.
so if ever you would have a business to promote, whether that would be an extra income opportunity, then you found Facebook as the answer.

If you make a facebook and twitter page and buy or get some followers you get a nice free mini-website. Anyway I prefer spamming already online money maker groups with my ref links

in my view Facebook is the one important social networking site to promote the business so that we can develop so much of over business so i can say it has so much of users and we can get the so much of customers so its the very good way

for the sensorship, facebook is not available now in my country. look, i only have a few frinds on facebook and cannot contact them no more only a few days after my register there. later, i keep receiving emails noticing me someone want to aquaint with me. it's a pity that i can only read the emails. and i'm very looking forward to the following response of sharing for online money-making.

You make a very good point. It's astonishing indeed that it gets that many visitors. It also is paving the way for small-scale business people to start selling without being strained by their budget on having their own e-commerce website.
Though some companies do not like how other companies use Facebook for promoting their business. I have read online that some business resort to getting Facebook likes by posting pics that are altered by Photoshop to evoke sympathy (for example, 1 like for this old man). Those images are very common in my news feed from friends sharing memes from Facebook fan pages.

you're right, i saw a lot doing this kind of strategy. one thing that i also observed that those companies that has a budget are doing promos and contest in Facebook (like this photo, like page and win this...) Some of them are legitimate some are not but the bottom line is that Facebook is really a huge marketing tool.

I have heard the same... I just dont like facebook at all. its sure is good for my internet cafe here. All the kids here use it. Just not for me. Good luck..

Maria if I am not wrong Facebook is the reason for the crowd in your cafe. So it is one of the major source of your income and other must be the LAN games.

what you have written is absolutely right. facebook is one of the top social media site where you can best promote your business. as you have said, this social site reaches 500 million users so it will really help your business to boost up it sales as you can build up a pile of customers and clients. plus you can also gain friends here if you are participating actively.

I have also used Facebook as my means of selling my stuff online and it has indeed been a big help. Well, I am not earning that much but it has somehow reached quite a number to be recognized in my "small circle". Facebook Pages has indeed become the inexpensive way of promoting your online business.

Yes Facebook is the great medium for promotion because of its wide spread usage. Its a craze among youth and that is why it is good for exposure of any kind of business. I have seen many celebrities especially newones using Facebook to increase their fan following and promoting their movies. Even politicians us it to add youth to their vote bank. It spreads the word at amazing pace.
