Withdrawal of earnig from PTC site / myLot

I reached on minimum payout of PTC box and request for withdrawal. But I didn't get my earning. Plz write here proper method of withdrawal from this site.

Try to cashout through payza,I did when the site was going through pp problems.

Now, both seems limited. The redeem button itself is disabled.

yes redeem button is not active.
