Well, it is already 2 am here and I guess, I must sign-off now since it was really late. As I also need to wake up early tomorrow to attend the Sunday Mass. Although a lot of ideas joggling in mind, but, I need to wait until tomorrow to post those. Anyway, establishing a sound sleep to have a healthy body is much important rather on the topics that can wait to be posted on the next day.

Thanks for sharing this discussion. Yes u are absolutely right, sound health is definitely needed for a body otherwise it would interfere in our health issues and will make us susceptible to many health illness. We should always make it a point to have a proper sleep schedule and oversleeping is also not advisable for our health.

what are the bad affects of oversleeping ? I never heard people oversleeping . i always hear people complaining that they don't get sleep.

hi,
yes that is true and i will agree on that,sleeping is important to our health because it needs to relax to refresh it for the next day,and even to our physical appearance will affect it because i observed that when i have lack of sleep makes me stressed in the morning.

I agree friend we need rest first. If we are healthy every thing /the rest of the things follow . But if we don't give proper time to our selves then what ever we do is waste. Health is wealth as they say.

Yes, you are right. It is better to have a healthy way of life and one of it is to sleep in proper and have enough time. Topics being posted can wait. And one thing also, if we take our rest properly then tomorrow we wake up , our mind will be conditioned and so we can be more productive in participating here.
