Last night I was able to watch the movie Django Unchained. What a good movie this was. It had comedy, drama, action and it was bloody at certain points. This was a movie that caught my attention from the beginning to the very end. Jamie Fox was so good along with Christoph Waltz. Leonardo DeCaprio was amazing as was Kerry Washington who is the female lead in the tv show Scandal. I would definitely recommend this to everyone. It is a must see movie in my opinion. Quentin Tarantino is one excellent writer and directed.

Hi, I live in India and I had to download the movie coz the movie still hasn't released here but I did manage to see it and one has to say that inspite being a good movie, from a director who has a vast repetoire, it hasn't been well appreciated in award circles. Quentin certainly deserves something for his screenplay....Cheers anyway

I agree I'm hoping he wins for the screenplay at least. I thought the movie was so good. In fact I want to watch it again. @redredrose (1105)

I saw this movie when it first came out and i enjoyed it. So did my hubby. It showed how slaves were treated back then which was historic. I liked Jamie Fox and Leo Dicaprio in it. Yes it was a long movie but very good and i also recommend it to someone who wants to watch a good movie.

Django Unchained is an excellent movie, Leonardo DeCaprio role was the best but it was short role compared to Jamie Foxx and Christoph Waltz.
Overall a great movie, but due to bloodshed in few parts of the movie makes it pretty intense and not watchable more than 2-3 times ....

I know the bloodshed was crazy but you know the director always ends up with bloodshed in his movies. I definitely will watch this one again though.

I have also watched this one 2 days ago, and indeed it is a great and entertaining movie! I enjoyed Christoph Waltz in particular, his way of talking is great. Just as you I truly recommend this to anyone out there, it has this classic western feeling, but with modern video quality. It was a long movie, but it was definitely worth watching every minute!
