The sun took a good peek today and I took that as a sign. I immediately set out the dirty laundry and set to work. I have no idea how the sun will last but I am sure that I am not letting a week's worthy of laundry to accumulate for another week. thankfully,I dd finish but I am hoping that the sun will still shine tomorrow. It's been miserable with all grey clouds. Getting the laundry done today is a great accomplishment.

Here in our place, it was already sunny the whole day. Thus, the washed clothes were made to dry and was already ironed by our ironing lady.
And today, as i expected already, it is sunny. I was able to use my high heels to the office.

It is already sunny here but it is so cold specially in the evening when i go home from work. Since our workplace is in a mall by the sea, it's so windy and cold too.

Well,I have to wash my brother's clothes also because well, female in the family.It's the expectation. The nylon thing I don't want to wash for him is his jeans.

Congratulations. On those Fridays when my laundry basket is almost full, I also have to make the decision of whether to do laundry or wait until the week after since Friday is the day I do all my household chores. 
You are much better than me. Usually my clothes don't get washed until the washing basket is overflowing.

I also wash when the laundry basket is full. I don't know but I tihnk it's a waste of time when doing it with a small amount of clothes, unless they are really needed. The same goes for the family. But we have to coordinate our laundry schedules because we only use one washing machine and palanggana.

I got myself so engrossed participating here at Mylot that I forgot to load my washer with the basketful of used clothes that I have left last weekend!

just like you, Its so hard to let my laundry dry. here in my place cold weather still soaring the days. the sun seems sleeping all day. the cold wind blew all over my place all day. I'm even sick since Monday because of the cold weather. I hope that this will not last for this week since its so hard to work on clothes with such a weather like this.

I agree. Cold weather only encourages laundry. I still have to wash another set of laundry and I can't because the wind is cold or the water is sometimes also cold. Sometimes,I wash the laundry could just do or wash itself.

i had several loads of laundry last week and since it's been cloudy for several days since last week, it took me three long days to finish all my laundry because the curtains and bedsheets are really hard to dry off :(

I hate washing anything that is a mass field of cloth. that includes sheets, tablecloths and curtains, even jeans. I really have to plan my laundry so that everything is washed and they get to dry properly. They take too much of space and it's a problem when my aunt also does her laundry at the same time.

Ah yes It's a weekend struggle. Glad that I did it already so that I can finally see the hamper without dirty clothes. Then, will do teh ironing sometime today? thank God that my sibling have extra ironed ones that he could use.

We do the laundry every day. I have a big family and if we fore-go a day's worth of dirty clothes unattended the hamper will be brimming. Oh well, to each his own challenges.

Yes. Well, I'm lucky that i only have to deal with this once a week. Doing the laundry is hardly easy.
