I am not sure about it. But what I can say is that when it was unavailable in India, I tried to register but I was not allowed stating that the site is not open to Indian citizens. So you may try in this way to see whether swagbucks is available for Nigerians. If you can register, the answer is 'yes'; if you cannot, the answer is 'no'.
