I found a simple recipe for white hot chocolate. It is delicious! My 21 year old brother loves it. All you do is heat a cup of milk, until steaming, put 1/4 cup of white chocolate chips in a mug and then put the heated milk in the mug. Next you stir it, until it's all consistent. The part that takes the longest is the stirring. I have been pushing the chocolate against the side of the mug and then scraping it off, like you do with brownie mix, to get rid of the lumps.
What is your favorite hot chocolate recipes?

i am not much of a fan of white chocolates but i love milk chocolates and dark chocolates.. sometimes i would make those by using powdered coco or if i have those block of chocolates i would prefer that..
if block chocolates i would chop it ( how much depends on how i like it tho) and then put some heated milk in it - fresh milk or evap whatever i have. then i stir it, then i up marshamallows on top of it..me and kids love that.
