When compared to energy drinks, natural fruits are very good for health. Avoid oil foods .

Check with your baby's pediatrician. I found that I could not eat broccoli, cabbage nor green peppers because I nursed my babies and such foods gave them gas. The foods you eat does affect the milk, if you nurse your baby. So, you are still eating for both you and your baby. Healthy foods are a must.
Here is a website about advise on what foods to not eat when nursing your baby:

Most of all, relax. Make sure you drink plenty of water and healthy foods and you will be fine. So, relax. That is most important when you are ready to deliver a baby.
