How should I do to change my head portrait in my profile?

I had signde in a account at mylot just ten minuts ago,but i don't know how to change my portrait.Is someone kindness here can help me? Please say the measure clearly,you know my einglish is green. And this is my first discussion at this network station,so please point it out if there is something wrong in my words.
