Workout plan is important.

I was always worried about my physique and finally I bought a workout plan, which do not need anything special, but only two Dumbbell. I can do the workout within 45 minutes and it makes my day. I use to do the exercise since the childhood so I never gained weight, but I felt week.
Now I feel stronger, and I feel great. I think it is very important to take care of your body regularly. Exercises is the most important factor making one fit. It is also important to spend your money and time for it, because that is how one understand its importance. What do you think?

I think you are right. It's very important to make sure you work out every day! I have started doing Zumba, and I will start jumping rope, and doing a 30 minute work out every other morning. I want to get into the best shape of my life

Okay, so Zumba is jumping over the rope, I didn't know that. I think doing it for 30 minutes is a quite tough workout. Taking brakes can help.

Yoga and walking is a very good and effevtive combination. I do pranayama, kapalabhati, and padma sadhana to warm up before any work outs. Surayanamskar, I do 4-8 times. One more breathing technique I use is called Vaasi.

work out gives lot of confidence to ourselfs. It's great to keep the body in shape.I usually do a bit of yoga and walking for 30 minutes everyday, burns lot of calories . I also check what i eat.

Yes, but a woman like me can't do the dumbbell. If I was just a man, well, I can do it. I tried once, but its hard and so, I gave up but I like to do the dumbbell. Hmmmm... maybe I can do other exercise not just dumbbell and I believe we can live longer if we do exercise. Also, we should eat nutritious food and have enough sleep to have a wealthy lifestyle.
