My co-worker always wants to hunt for a good job that is more salary, easy and funny. Last sunday, an old male classmate introduced her to his boss in a karaoke room. And this boss asked a few dancing girls to sat with him, during the whole progress, they drank wine, sang songs and the boss touch these girls body. What's more, he even hug my co-worker! Finally, the boss agreed to offer a financing job to her.
Last day when she told me what happen that day, and told me she considered to quited for the better job. I think the boss has problem, to be frankly, he is a lotario. But she insisted he was just drunk, he didn't meant to do this. And I still don't believe this.
If this situation happen to you, will you take this offer or not? Why?

Hi,
People need to understand when boss loses interest in her. Then it would be a hell place for employee. All fun part has been gone. And turns into daily harassment. Afterwards you may end up being jobless or again hunting for a job after 3-4 months.
And changing jobs too quickly can have harmful effects on your profile.

Does she honestly think that she can honor a drunk man's words? She better think twice about giving up her current job.

I think in her deepest heart, she maybe reliaze that this boss is not a good one. But she really want to find a job so that make herself believe everything is fine.

Yeah, if I were my co-worker, I would make an excuse and then left the karaoke room asap.
