He needs to return the tablet soon for an exchange

There is only a month warranty for this tablet he bought in canada. But he would stay more than a month in the philippines. The one my brother bought for me is working well but the one he bought for himself needs exchange. anyway, his friend is going back to canada so he may ask his friend to exchange it for him.

Definitely your brother should send that tablet to service center in Canada. He should ask his friend for that purpose if he himself can not go. Your brother should make sure that his friend will be able to deliver that gadget to the destination in time. And if he can not then he can switch to another available options as once the warranty is out then you never know how much it will cost to repair it.
