When it comes to LibertyReserve funds, the only way to get it transferred is by selling the funds. There is no way to get it withdrawn to our bank account directly as it is just an e-currency and not a payment processor. So you have to get it exchanged to some other payment processor or you can sell the LR. There can be local LR buyers who can pay you with your local currency or you can find a friend who can help you get it exchanged or sold.

Thanks for responding..as for me till recently I was able to get my money from payza account to my bank account through bank wire and I was doing exchange to payza from liberty reserve before withdrawing from payza and it was all smooth but recently payza for some reasons stopped paying to members of my country not through any method and they also do only assure that they will soon take actions to restore the withdrawals but do not know when so need to try the other options available to withdraw money.so far I have not tried selling LR so a little worried.

Yes, even in my country Payza has put a temporary hold on the direct withdrawal of funds to bank accounts. And so I have to exchange the Payza also to LR and then sell the LR funds for my local currency. Luckily, I have got a reliable buyer in my country to whom I usually sell my LR. Which country are you residing? If you are from India, I can help you with the buyer's name.

Just be reminded that Paypal has a strict rule in terms of e-currency exchange. Basically, they don't allow it unless you are doing it with a site they have authorized to do such transactions. If they get wind of an exchange from non-authorized sites, you may have your account suspended.
I have used AlertExchanger twice and have no issues. Although I must say that their support isn't very responsive.
You're probably left with finding someone in your country who will buy your LR funds from you and deposit directly to your bank account.
