The First To Get Sick

Well here it is winter. Guess who is sick first again? The brother. He thinks it's a cold. I sure hope it is, in this case and not the nasty flu. My mom always denies he is the first to bring a cold in every time winter comes around but here it is again staring us all in the face. I don't know why she is so blind to all he does. No that he can help getting it but he eats all the wrong foods and never takes vitamins. Plus he works at a place where they don't have heat when it's freezing out. I just hope I don't get this and worst of all my parents who are elderly. But they did get the flu shot, I didn't. I can't afford to go to the hospital again. I guess I'll just have to live in a hotel for the time being, I so wish!! If only I was rich.

That was how it was for me too when I was eating healthier and excersizing daily. I've stopped that some and now worried about getting colds again. I just took my one vitamin with extra in it to be on the safe side. I have given him advise but he never takes it.

Im lucky, I almost never get a cold or anything like that. Now my son, he catches everything.

I have in about 4 years but now I'm afraid I will get sick just cause they're saying the flu season is so bad. I'm glad you haven't gotten a cold but your son? If he is a kid then kids are prone to getting that kind of thing from their school friends so it is normal. I hope he doesn't though.

I had a cold, got over it and then caught it again even worse. They don't have places in your area where you can get a flu shot? Alot of corporations are giving out the flu shot for free. ANd pharmacies have them for not too much. I hope you can get one.
